How to Deposit Crypto to FTK
If you own cryptocurrency on another platform or wallet, you can transfer them to your FTK Wallet for trading.
How to find my FTK deposit address?
Cryptocurrencies are deposited via a “deposit address”. To view the deposit address of your FTK Wallet, go to [Wallet] - [Overview] - [Deposit]. Then copy and paste the address to the platform or wallet you are withdrawing from to transfer them to your FTK Wallet.
Summary of network selection:
- ERC20 refers to the Ethereum network.
- TRC20 refers to the TRON network.
- BTC refers to the Bitcoin network.
For example, we will withdraw BTC from another platform and deposit it into FTK . Since we are withdrawing from an BTC address, we will select the BTC deposit network.
How long does it take for my funds to arrive? What is the transaction fee?
After confirming your request on FTK, it takes time for the transaction to be confirmed on the blockchain. The confirmation time varies depending on the blockchain and its current network traffic.
For example, if you’re depositing USDT, FTK supports the ERC20, and TRC20 networks. You can select the desired network from the platform you’re withdrawing from, enter the amount to withdraw, and you will see the relevant transaction fees.
Please wait patiently for the transfer to be processed. The funds will be credited to your FTK account shortly after the network confirms the transaction.
*If you entered the wrong deposit address or selected an unsupported network, your funds will be lost. Please check carefully before you confirm the transaction.
You can check the status of your deposit or withdrawal from [Wallet] - [Assets] - [Transaction History].
How to Withdraw from FTK
If you want to withdraw the cryptocurrency in your FTK account to another platform account or your digital wallet, you can quickly withdraw the currency through the [Withdraw] function of [Wallet]. Cryptocurrency is withdrawn through "address". Before withdrawing coins, you need to find the recharge address on the corresponding withdrawal platform, and copy the address to the withdrawal address of the FTK platform, then you can withdraw your assets to the account of the corresponding platform.
Take Bitcoin (BTC) as an example, after confirming the address, copy it into the [Withdrawal Address] column, and enter the amount of coins withdrawn. The system will automatically calculate the handling fee and give the actual amount received: actual amount received = amount of coins withdrawn-handling fee for withdrawal of coins
Notice:
- If you choose BTC, please make sure that the currency you choose on the transfer platform is also BTC
- If you want to transfer to other platforms, please fill in the BTC deposit address of the other party's platform (equivalent to bank transfer, you need to fill in the other party's card number, and fill in the other party's coin address in the withdrawal address here)
- If you withdraw coins to your wallet: you need to open the recipient's wallet, click on recharge or recharge to obtain the receiving address of the corresponding currency
- After you enter the withdrawal address, if there are multiple networks, the system will automatically match the corresponding network for you.
What are crypto withdrawal fees?
Withdrawal transactions to crypto addresses outside of FTK typically incur a “transaction fee” or "network fee". This fee is not paid to FTK but miners or validators, who are responsible for processing the transactions and securing the respective blockchain network.(Details can be viewed: Deposit & Withdrawal Fees page)
FTK must pay these fees to miners to ensure that transactions are processed. Since transaction fees are dynamic, you will be charged according to the current network conditions. The fee amount is based on an estimate of the network transaction fees and can fluctuate without notice due to factors such as network congestion. Please check the most updated fee listed on each withdrawal page.
Is there a minimum withdrawal amount?
There is a minimum amount for each withdrawal request. If the amount is too little, you won’t be able to request a withdrawal. You can refer to the Deposit & Withdrawal Fees page to check the minimum withdrawal amount and transaction fees of each cryptocurrency. However, please note that the fees can change without notice due to unforeseeable factors, such as network congestion.
You can also find the current transaction fees charged and the minimum withdrawal amount on the **withdrawal page. Please note that the minimum withdrawal amount and transaction fees will change depending on the network you are using.
For example, if you want to withdraw external ETH from FTK to a digital currency address, you have to pay transaction fees. However, the withdrawal rate varies from network to network.
Please make sure you select the correct network. If the address you are withdrawing to is an ERC20 address (Ethereum blockchain), you must select the ERC20 option before making the withdrawal. DO NOT select the cheapest fee option. You must select the network that is compatible with the withdrawal address. If you select the wrong network, you will lose your funds.
